Last Saturday I spent the day at the Scrapbook and Papercraft Expo at the Convention Centre in Brisbane. I had never been before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was really great to catch with old friends and make some new ones - and put faces to names! While I was there I was lucky enough to do a class with the extremely talented
Louise Nelson. I have been a long admirer of Lou's style so it was awesome to see her work her magic in real life! Here is my layout from the class:
I decided to do an 8.5 x 11 double and loved using different mediums that I would not normally use. Here are a few close ups. I've used 2 photos overlapped:
